Meet Gilbert

Meet Gilbert! This hunk of love came into rescue without any hair on his body and so emaciated he could barely stand. Due to his past, he is a bit shy around new people. He has bonded with his foster after some patience. He trusts once he knows you are not going to hurt him. Gilbert loves to play with dogs and does zoomies all over the yard with his friends. He is about 4 years old and weighs about 60-65 lbs. He is still getting used to being inside. He is hesitant around loud noises and new sounds. A home without children is probably best for Gilbert as he is a timid guy. He needs a patient home who will understand his quirks and is willing to work with him through them. A fenced yard is a must for Gilbert as he is still unsure about the leash.
