GIDGET was picked up by animal control after she was reported being attacked by a bigger dog. Another case of owners letting their dogs run loose, and then not seeking medical help when their pet gets injured.

We rushed Gidget to the ER. She had deep wounds, broken ribs, and pleural effusion (fluid in the lung cavity). She spent several days in critical care, but this little fighter pulled through!

Gidget is only 7 months old and 9 lbs. She is now a happy, playful girl! She can run super fast, and loves doing zoomies around the yard. She plays well with other K9 kids and craves human affection too! Just a cutie patootie!

We are looking for an experienced pet person with another dog approx Gidget's same size and activity level. Her best friend Riggs is also available for adoption if you have room in your heart and home for two adorable little ones
