MEET GEMMA!
Gemma is an adorable 6 month-old Miniature Poodle/Chihuahua mix looking for her furever home through PAWS Rescue Inc.
Gemma is a natural athlete and a fantastic candidate for agility, barn hunt, lure coursing, and maybe even search and rescueshes always got her nose to the ground! She adores people, is cheerful, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While shes a bit too curious about my cat, she listens well when reminded to keep her distance.
Gemma truly thrives with a compatible playmate. Her energy might be overwhelming for smaller dogs, but shes a happy, playful companion for those who can keep up! Shes house-trained but will need a refresher in a new environment. Shes also crate-trained for nighttime or when home alone, as long as she has a good bone and a little music (she prefers country-western).
Her foster would love to support her new family in helping Gemma be her best self in her new home. She will need another playful dog and a securely fenced yard.
