Meet Galt - The Tiny, Bouncy, Big-Personality Pup!
Hi, I'm Galt, but my foster mom has a few other names for me-Radar Ears (because I hear everything) and Tigger (because I bounce like I have springs in my paws)! At 4.5 months old and just 5 lbs, I may be small, but I have big energy and an even bigger personality.
Personality & Playtime
I'm a playful, energetic little guy who loves to run, jump, and steal all the best toys from my brother. Sometimes, I play a little rough, but I'm also submissive to bigger dogs. I haven't met a cat, and I really don't understand why the big dogs are so obsessed with squirrels.
When it comes to people, I'm a bit shy at first-but if you catch me, you better hold on tight! I'll wiggle my way free unless you're quick. Once I warm up, I love attention and will keep you entertained with my playful antics.
My Perfect Home
A family with other dogs-I love having a playmate!
A fenced yard so I can zoom around like lightning.
Older kids who can hold on to me without dropping me!
Training & Smart Puppy Skills
Potty Trained? Still learning! I don't like to go in my playpen, so I try to hide it (or let my foster mom know it needs cleaning).
Crate Trained? I prefer not to be crated unless I have company or food.
Leash Training? I haven't been on a leash yet-backyard explorer only!
Commands? I know "STOP" (which is pretty useful if I'm up to mischief).
Health & Care
Fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped
No special dietary needs-I love my puppy kibble (and my brother's, too, if I can get to it).
I tolerate baths (but let's not make it a habit, OK?).
Fun Facts & Quirks
I redesign my playpen daily-flipping my bed over and sleeping underneath while my brother sleeps on top!
I'm an early riser and expect breakfast to be READY when I wake up. (A bedtime snack helps keep me happy!)
I think everything I do is funny or adorable-and my foster mom agrees.
