Meet Gabby
IT TOOK A VILLAGE!! It's a common saying but very true in little Gabby's situation. Gabby was found on the side of the road by a young lady who was not able to keep her. She took her to the vet to see if she was microchipped - she was not. This young lady reached out to one of our rescue volunteers and asked if she could take her. She was so tiny at the time, the volunteer agreed but could only keep her for a week or so as she was leaving town. Sweet little Gabby made her way shortly after to one of our adoption days and our puppy foster couldn't resist scooping her up (as you can see in the video).
Gabby is a precious little girl. She's approx. 14 weeks old. She has been spayed - up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. She was too young for her rabies vaccination when she was spayed but will soon receive it.
Gabby loves her toys. She loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. She genuinely loves people. We assume that she is a Lab mix based on her physical appearance but she is thinner than most Labs so she is definitely a mix. At 14 weeks she weighs approx. 18 lbs. We believe she will be a medium sized dog.
Gabby is a great dog for a family with children or other pets (she even gets along with cats). She is also great for a single person wanting a loving companion. Her foster mommy holds her like a baby so she's already spoiled rotten.
Gabby lives in a home with other dogs and goes outside to potty with them. She is learning to ring a bell on the door for potty breaks but that's still a work in process.
If you would like to be the final link in Gabby's journey to find a home of her own, please contact Musiccityanimalrescue@gmail.com or you can go to www.Musiccityaimalrescue.com and complete an application for her. Someone will give you a call ASAP to arrange a meeting.
Gabby will be so happy to meet you - we guarantee you will fall in love!!
