Meet Fred (Quazzy)

**Meet Fred: A Timid, Sweet Boy Ready to Blossom**

Fred is a gentle, soft-spoken pup who's slowly coming out of his shell and learning to trust the world around him. While he's still a bit reserved, Fred has a heart full of potential and a spirit that's beginning to shine through. He's a timid boy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he gets *so* wiggly and excited to see you-his joy is truly contagious!

Fred is still getting used to house life, but he's making wonderful progress. He's discovering the simple pleasures of being in a loving home, and one of his new favorite things is snuggling with his human. There's nothing he enjoys more than curling up close for a cozy cuddle, and it's in those moments that you'll see just how sweet and affectionate he really is.

At medium energy, Fred enjoys his quiet time and will often spend the day lounging and napping. He's housetrained and crate-trained, though he may bark for a few minutes before settling down in his crate. Patience is key, and once he's calm, he's content and relaxed. Fred is still learning the ropes of playtime and is a little unsure about toys, but he's making progress, and with a little encouragement, we're sure he'll find his playful side!

Fred is a sensitive soul, and while he's not too fond of the leash yet, he's happy to follow you around wherever you go, which makes him a great companion for a home with a yard. He would do best in a low-pressure environment where he has the space to explore at his own pace, without the stress of constant leash walks.

Fred is doing well with the small dog in his foster home, and he appreciates the calm presence of a canine companion. However, he's not quite trustworthy cats, so a cat-free home would be ideal for him.

With a little time, patience, and love, Fred is going to be an incredible addition to a family who can offer him a calm and understanding environment. If you're looking for a sweet, shy boy who's ready to build his confidence and share a lifetime of cuddles, Fred could be the perfect fit for you!

To meet Fred, text his foster mom Amanda at 336-420-3419 to make an appointment!
