Frankie Australian Shepherd & Wirehaired Terrier Mix Byron, IL

UPDATE: Frankie was returned o rescue after 2 months as he was said to be chasing the residentcats and would not stop. However, Frankie is in a foster home where he doesn't chase their cat, so it's beleived his prey drive will kick in if the cats or small dogs will run. Regardless Frankie is in need of a new home and is an exceptional puppy. Frankie is now 7 months old. He will require a home that is committed to training classes.

Frankie, was one of 5 puppies, along with their mom that were rescued from horrible weather conditions, as they were living outside after being dumped.
Puppies are all acclimating well into foster care and will be available for adoption after Feb 21st when they get their 2nd set of vaccines. A new home with another dog would be beneficial, however attending puppy classes are required. Puppies are expected to be large in size. Mom is thought to be an Aussie mix, dad unknown but since all puppies have scruffy coats, possibly Wirehaired Terrier? Attaching a picture of mom
