It's as if he can't even believe that outdoors exists and runs around doing zoomies until he completely tuckers himself out. And yes, he is learning that not all humans are scary and that love comes in many forms.

What Finn needs most is a patient and understanding family who will continue to support him as he builds confidence and discovers what a life free of fear feels like. He would do best in a calm, quiet home with someone who will give him the time and space to blossom into the happy dog we know he can be.
