Felicity - Resident Angel (Permanent Sanctuary Foster) Chihuahua Mix Quentin, PA

**Update** (1/10/23) Felicity received a much needed dental at The Vetting Zoo, and she is a much happier girl now. Felicity is now in a permanent foster home where she is the only dog, and its a great scenario for her. Felicity is just loving life receiving all the attention! Her friend, Relic, has been adopted, so this is a happy update all around. We love you, Felicity! (11/13/22) Felicity is a wonderful little girl. She can be a bit bossy with other dogs, so we think that she would be perfectly happy being the only dog in a home. However, she does get along great with her friend, Relic. She gets along with most of the dogs in her foster home, but she can be feisty at times. (9/7/22) Felicity is a 10 year old Chihuahua mix who weighs 12 lbs. She and her very best friend, Relic, were surrendered together. They can be adopted together or separately as they don't appear to be particularly bonded. Felicity is a tripod, but it doesn't affect her at all. Felicity will need a patient foster and/or adopter who will allow her/them time to settle in and get acclimated to their new lives.
