Hi there! My name is Falkor - named after the loyal companion in The Neverending Story. I am a 1 & 1/2 year old, 70-ish pound Great Pyrenees mix fella, and I yearn to experience the joy of being loved. Just like my namesake, I have a friendly and playful disposition. I get along with other dogs and I love children, though older, sturdier children are best, since I'm a big boy and might accidentally knock little bitty kiddies down. I am house trained and crate trained, and I do pretty well on a leash too.

My forever home must have a privacy fenced yard for me to run and play in. An apartment is not the right kind of home for me. Another fur sibling would be nice too, but I will be fine as an only dog, as long as I get plenty of love and attention from my family. I would love an active family that will take me on adventures to lots of dog-friendly places. My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
