Meet Ezra! Ezra is a 2 year old female Siberian Husky who is looking for her new forever home!

Ezra was surrendered by her family after they acquired too many dogs and could no longer afford to provide veterinary care. She was bred at least once in her previous home, but we will have her spayed prior to adoption!

Ezra is an incredibly friendly and playful girl! She LOVES to play with other dogs and toys - she loves to play fetch! We've introduced her to a couple of doggy play mates here at the shelter and she plays very appropriately.

Ezra already knows Sit, Down, Come, and Shake, and would love to learn more! Huskies are incredibly intelligent, driven animals. If you haven't already owned one, we recommend researching the breed and their personality traits and requirements for care so that you're aware of their specifics. Working on training with Ezra will help to strengthen your bond with her, and help to satisfy her desire to learn!

Huskies are incredibly adventurous doggos. They need safe containment when they're outside (let's face it- these dogs were bred to pull sled across the arctic, so their speed and endurance aren't for the faint of heart!) They are a comical breed with a dramatic personality, and are famous for being wonderful family pets. Ezra has lived with children and other dogs and is great with both. We are unsure how she does with cats.

If you are an outdoorsy, fun, active person who wants a dog that can be included in all of those things, Ezra would LOVE to come home with you! She's such a sweet and happy girl, and will absolutely make you laugh on a daily basis.

Ezra will be fully vaccinated, spayed and heartworm tested prior to adoption. Her adoption fee is $180.00. We are doing all meet n' greets BY APPOINTMENT ONLY after an adoption application has been generally approved:
