Meet Eve
I'm Eve. I'm 3 years old and 20 pounds of sass and energy. I came to Midwest BREW from a breeder, so most of my background is a mystery, but foster Mom says in spite of that, I'm a gem - I'm housetrained, have some manners, and listen well (ok, most of the time anyway).
Foster Mom laughs at the fact that I'm a Beagle, because I'm not very nose-driven (but food, that's another story). I like rides in the car and do best if I'm crated. I currently live with a 4yo female Dalmatian, and we've been BFF's since the day I got here. We play all the time, and Foster Mom thinks it's really important that my new home also has a fur baby so we can keep each other company and be playmates too. I'm a good girl when she goes to work; I do get crated, but you won't hear a peep out of me.
I've not shown any separation anxiety. I've shown no signs of being a chewer or digger. I'm not food aggressive, and I have become a good eater.
I often like to watch TV, so don't be alarmed if you're in the other room and suddenly hear me carrying on a conversation with the animals on-screen.
There aren't any cats or kids in my foster home, but when I have had the chance to meet people at the vet’s office or Midwest BREW Meet 'n Greet events, I like making new friends and am patient and gentle in doing so.
What more could you ask for in a good Beagle girl??
NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).
