I'm young, scrappy and hungry....and I am not throwing away my shot! Meet me, Emmy! I’m a year old Pointer mix, about 50 pounds of pure energy and love! I am house broken, crate and leash trained. I’m an active, playful, and slightly goofy girl who loves having fun and keeping busy. I get along great with other dogs and older kids—just make sure they’re sturdy enough so I don’t accidentally knock them over with my excitement! I’m not the biggest fan of my crate and might try to Houdini my way out, so I’m definitely looking for a home where I can roam around and play. I’d be happiest with another doggy friend who loves to romp around as much as I do, and a family who likes to stay active. I’m pretty quiet most of the time, except when a stranger comes too close to our home—I just want to make sure we’re all safe! I absolutely love toys, blankets, and pillows, and I’m the ultimate cuddle bug on the couch. I’m always curious about what my humans are up to and like to follow them around to see what’s going on. If you have a home with a fenced yard and lots of love to give, I’d love to be your new best friend! I just need some training, patience, and lots of playtime. My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
