Emmett is estimated to be 3 years old and weights 55 lbs.

Emmett is the total package - handsome, friendly, and cuddly. He gets along with people and other well behaved dogs - big and small. Everyone who meets Emmett loves him. He is estimated to be 3 years old, weighs about 55 lbs., and his two favorite playmates are chihuahua mixes. Need a buddy to chill and watch Netflix? Emmett knows when to settle down for a quiet evening. And he's an excellent snuggler!

Emmett enjoys being outside either chasing a ball or just hanging out soaking up the sun. He loves to give and receive hugs. Emmett is crate trained, house trained, walks well on a leash. He's super smart too - Emmett has completed his AKC Canine Good Citizen training! He knows Sit, Down, Place, Stay, and Come! Emmett would do well in a home with other dogs, older children, lots of treats, and a fenced yard to play in. He would also do great as an only dog. PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.

The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.

We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
