This medium/moderate energy girl is pleasant to be around, and easy to fall in love with. She’s loyal, loves affection, and attaches very easily to those caring for her. EMILY is socially oriented - very people, dog and kid friendly. We don’t know about kitties though, since she hasn’t been exposed to any while in our care. EMILY is crate trained, and has not shown any anxieties. She isn’t a big barker, but does HOWL to let you know the ice cream man is coming! MISS EMILY is great on a leash, and loves her walks. While she doesn’t currently have the opportunity to free range in a fenced area at this time, we imagine, she would absolutely delight in roaming the yard as you garden or hang out outside.

This girl is intelligent and aims to please (especially when there are treats involved). EMILY has a lot of the beagle traits... even-tempered, amiable, friendly, gentle, and curious. Emily is a wonderful companion and we would love to see her in a loving environment. A home where she could enjoy long and/or frequent walks, quality time inside with you, and outdoor time so she can “sniff and smell the roses,” would be a dream come true for her.
