“Hi, my name is Emilia. I was very hungry and cold when a nice person found me and took me to FOPAS. Thanks to the volunteers there, now my heart and my tummy are full. My foster mom is so nice. She teaches me everything about living in a home and says I’m a great student.
My likes include: FOPAS volunteers and my foster mom. Being told I’m beautiful. Going for walks. Cuddling with people. Playing with my toys. Food and snacks of all kinds. With a proper intro, I also like dogs my size. Oh, and I excel at counter surfing but I’m told that’s a no-no. Why put the food on the counter if I’m not supposed to grab it? Seems ridiculous.
My dislikes are: Not being allowed to counter surf. Big, bossy dogs. Being cold and
hungry.
My wish: A furever home with nice people. I love making people happy.”

Emilia is beautiful, affectionate, great on leash, housebroken, and kennels perfectly at bedtime. She has the sweetest face. About the counter-surfing: We get it, our girl was starving when she arrived at FOPAS, so she doesn’t want to miss a morsel. But this isn’t the beach, Emilia. No surfing of any kind! (She’s trying very hard.)

All adopters must live within a 4 hour drive of Parkville, Missouri.
