Elwyn Mastiff & Shepherd Mix Detroit, MI

Elwyn is very sweet and loves affection. She can be shy at first, but once she warms up, she will be your best friend. She is a smart puppy who already knows many basic commands - sit, shake, and down.

She enjoys going on walks with her foster sibling. She also loves to play outside in the yard and with other dogs. She enjoys bully sticks, stuffies, and balls. Her favorite snacks are peanut butter, blueberries, bananas, and carrots. She is crate trained, house broken, and sleeps through the night for 8+ hours (approx. 8:30pm-7:30am)! Elwyn is dog and kid friendly. We also think she will do well with cats with proper introduction.

Elwyn will do well in a home with another dog (preferred) or as the only dog! If she is the only dog, she will need a home with someone who is home often, is dedicated to her training basic commands and manners, and is committed to socialization with other dogs, as well as humans.

We heavily focus on chemistry and connection and not physical appearance or gender. During the meet and greet, you will spend time with Elwyn to see if it is a good fit. If you have a dog at home, your dog will accompany you and lead the selection process. Elwyn has 5 siblings who are also available for adoption.

Adoption is $325, which includes spay/neuter at our vet when age appropriate, vaccines to date of adoption, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health.
