Meet Elwood!

This guy's got energy for days! If you're looking for a dog with enough pep to keep up with your active lifestyle, Elwood's your guy! Sure, he might greet you with a little bark at first, but give him a minute and he'll be your best friend.

Elwood is a one year old, 24 pound schnoodle mix. He is very active and playful, and gets along well with other dogs of any size. He is also very affectionate with his human and loves belly rubs, cuddles, and just being around his person. He loves car rides and will rest his head on your shoulder while you drive. He is unreactive and has shown no aggression, food or otherwise. He would be great with an active family and fully fenced yard as he loves to play fetch and run. He loves toys! And will play independently or with another playful dog. He is very affectionate and will do well in a home where someone is at home more often than not. He is potty trained, but does not like being crated. He will need regular grooming, and would do well in obedience classes, as he does have a tendency to jump up on people. He walks amazingly on leash and is not reactive towards passing dogs, but will bark at men. He loves women! He is very smart, food and treat motivated and responds well to positive reinforcement. He is vocal and has a loud, resounding bark, so would not be well suited for an apartment. He is nervous when meeting new people. He would be happy with or without a canine housemate, so he can have all the attention. He is a fun and easygoing little man you can count on to make you smile. He's a delightful companion with a big, happy personality and he's a joy to be around!

The adoption fee is $375.00. All animals are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed/neutered.
