Hi, my name is Elsie. I'm best known for my carefree, happy spirit and my BIG ears. I may be a senior but that doesn't mean I don't crave the love and attention and a family, just like the younger ones. I'm hoping the person reading this sees me for who I am and sees that I am worth giving a chance to. I know some people are hesitant of adopting a senior because they're afraid that their time with them will be short but take it from us animals we will show you such love, dedication, and appreciation for giving us a chance that it will be well worth your time. You will be changing our lives in a way that we've only dreamed about. Most people see us seniors and pass us over for the younger cute ones. We of course want them to have wonderful homes too, no question, but we would kindly like to ask people to also open their hearts and consider loving us seniors, too. I overhear people who have cared and provided for us older ones say that it has been one of the most rewarding experiences they've had. Would you please consider giving me a chance? I promise to provide you with unconditional love, steadfast companionship, and a smile when you need one. I am affectionate, like being around people, not a fan of cats though, and must be the only dog in the home. My estimated year of birth is 2010 and I'm a good ol' mixed breed of sorts - maybe some terrier? I'm up to date with vaccinations, heart-worm negative, spayed, and micro-chipped.
