Meet Elsa
Elsa is a 9 year old English Bulldog who lived her life tied outside. She came into the shelter in rough shape but is now healthy and headed to Maine. Elsa is a sweet girl who loves people and seems good with other dogs. She is looking for a cushy inside life. She does have Congestive Heart Failure and is on an inexpensive med called Enalapril for treatment.
