Elsa German Shepherd Dog Seattle, WA

Elsa is a stunning, 4-year-old, black & tan, female, German Shepherd Dog. She arrived in rescue when her owner lost her home. Elsa was raised by a single adult so we are looking for an adult only home for her.

Elsa has been around other dogs, but she isn’t inclined to play with other dogs. We feel she would really love to be the only pet in her new household as she is very people-focused.

Elsa has been absolutely spoiled in her foster home. She has been entertained with lots of playful brushing, dancing (yes, she can dance!), hide and seek, tennis ball play, her favorite snake and lots of massage. Yes, completely spoiled!

Elsa will flourish with time spent on basic commands and training. She is well behaved, crate-trained and sleeps in her crate with the door open. You will hear her happy in the house as she moans and sighs when she is relaxed. It will take her a bit to adjust (as all shepherds do) and needs a special match!

Elsa is a very gentle dog to have around the house and she has impeccable house manners, too. Although, she hides her edible dog bones all over the house - under the carpets and in the corners - super sweet & crumbly remembrances.

Elsa loves to be brushed daily and she likes different brushes. She likes to watch and approve her food preparation, but has a sensitive stomach and needs a consistent diet. Elsa would love someone who works from home, or who is partially retired, or who has a flexible schedule; she has had no accidents and no anxiety issues. She loves to go in the car and is a perfect angel; she will take over the driver's seat if you leave, though. ?

Elsa's new home will need to have a fenced or secured backyard, please.
