Elfie is here on special Santa's Orders to find his foster or forever home! Can you help him? He is located in Alexandria, VA. Elfie is a 5 year old, 7 tiny pound maltese. Elfie arrived after living a life as a breeder dog and is now ready to be a loved, inside pet! At the kennel, Elfie is keeping his crate clean and walking nicely on the leash. He is a bit shy when meeting people at first so a home without young kids is needed and no city living for Elfie. He's a suburban kind of boy.
