Meet EGBERT
Egbert is a charming two-year-old, 22-pound Spaniel mix with a winning personality. He quickly becomes your best friend, wiggling with joy whenever he meets someone new. Egbert thrives on affection and has a natural gift for spreading happiness. He’s a smart and courageous pupper who had no problem figuring out what to do on Run Buddy, the mobile dog gym. He is treat-motivated and would respond well to training. His gentle nature and warm personality make him an ideal companion for individuals and families alike. Egbert gets along well with other dogs, adding to his easygoing charm.
Egbert has male pseudohermaphroditism (MPH). This is a condition where the dog has XY chromosomes and testes, but the external genitalia appear feminine, and the internal reproductive tract may be incompletely masculinized. It has no impact on the dog’s longevity or quality of life.
Egbert is a part of our Guardian Angel program, which means his $350 adoption fee helps support other rescues in need. This higher fee goes toward the care of animals with medical or behavioral challenges or those awaiting homes for extended periods.
adoption fee includes neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet this delightful pup, schedule an appointment during adoption hours, Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, by calling 602-971-1334.
