Eddie Jack Russell Terrier & Australian Shepherd Mix Locust Fork, AL

The very handsome Eddie is a little shy and cautious at first but warms up once he knows he's safe. He will then become 100% loyal, snuggling up and asking for belly rubs. His 27 lb., medium coat, tricolored markings, and tendency to "herd" his foster's dogs suggest a mix of JRT and Australian Shepherd. He is very observant and will sit with his human to survey his surroundings. About a year old, this smart boy is house trained, can sit and fetch and would likely make a good working farm/cattle dog. He would be a wonderful family addition as he gets along with other dogs, but because likes to "herd" and is protective of his people, he may do better with older children. Transport, if needed $160 We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.
