Your Snack-Loving, Paw-Shaking Partner in Crime
Duke is our four-legged white shepherd who’s handsome, clever, and a full-time snack enthusiast! At 64 lbs, this two-year-old heartbreaker may look like a brawny protector, but really, he's just here for the cuddles, snacks, and the thrill of a car ride. Need a buddy who’ll settle in for a night of movies and doggie snacks, then be ready to show off his paw-shaking skills in the morning? Duke’s got you covered. He’s as laid-back as they come, perfectly content to chill on the couch or keep you company outside. And if you’re in the mood to play, Duke’s ready to keep up—but don’t expect him to go for any wild sprints. His energy level is just right for an easygoing walk and then maybe a bit of lounging.
He’s experienced with kids (from 3 to 11 years old) and has been roomies with both a Shih Tzu diva and a bouncy pitty mix, so he’s adaptable and dog-friendly. Fair warning: this tall, handsome fella has discovered that his height gives him top-tier access to kitchen counters, so keep an eye on your snacks! Duke’s version of a good time involves being wherever his people are and being adored.
One small note: Duke’s a bit of a homebody and believes in keeping the neighborhood interesting by occasionally testing the fence. So, a solid one is a must, and he’ll thank you with his undying loyalty and all the love you can handle. Ideal for an active family or single with a love for big-hearted buddies, Duke is the kind of dog who just wants to be your sidekick in everything—whether it's chilling on the couch, riding shotgun, or just sharing in all your snack-related activities!
