Ducky MoMo Australian Kelpie & Borador Mix Colusa, CA

Ducky Momo is approximately eight months old. She was brought into the shelter as a stray with her sister. They had been running alone for quite some time. So they were shy and hard to catch.

They went to a foster home, where they could learn that not everything is scary. They have made amazing progress and are learning to walk on a leash, basic obedience skills, and socialization. Momo gets along with other dogs and kids. She does chase cats but only wants them to play with her.

Momo is a sweet, energetic girl. She loves to run around the yard playing tag with her foster siblings. She likes to play with various toys and will go into the basket to take out more, sometimes even putting some back.

She loves going on car rides. When meeting new people, she is still shy and a little scared. So she does take a few minutes to warm up. She is doing an amazing job potty training and learning her basic commands. She already knows how to sit and shake.
