This beautiful dog is cuddly and sweet. True to her breed she thrives on physical and mental stimulation. She loves to run and play with her foster brothers. She does well walking on a leash and is working on crate training. She sees and hears everything and is always ready to spring into action. Dottie will be protective of her family so it is important to give calm, consistent redirection to help her be a great family dog. Agility training could be a fantastic way to bring out the best in Dottie.

I thrive on calm, positive attention, and exercise. I didn't always get enough food when I was a stray so I ate fast. Now that I am safe and loved I'm learning that I can slow down and enjoy my food. I love puzzle toys to keep my brain busy. I love playing with other dogs my size, but I am kind to small dogs, too.
