Meet Doogie
My name is Doogie and I have travelled a very long way to WROC. You see, I am a British Westie and I lived my entire life with my owner in England. But sadly, she could no longer take care of me. She thought that I would have a better life in the US, so I flew "across the pond" and landed here in Southern California.
WOW, I really like it here - sunny weather and fabulous food. I love WROC's Westie Diet with Highlander Hash! I like walking in the park and riding in the car. My foster Mom says I am the perfect gentleman. I am 18 pounds, neutered and current on all my shots. I went to the vet and passed with flying colors.
I also visited WROC's eye surgeon and Dr. Brinkis says I am an excellent candidate for cataract surgery. I get around great right now, but Doc says the surgery will be life changing!!!
I am a wonderful active boy and am looking for my wonderful forever family. Hope to hear from you soon. Doogie
NOTE FROM WROC: Doogie's cataract surgery will cost approximately $3200. If you would like to donate for his surgery, please click on the Paypal button and note Doogie in the instructions. No amount is too small and every penny will go to Doogie!! Thank you for helping this deserving Westie.
