And now a few words from me: Hi, my name is Donna. I've had a bit of a rough start in life up until now with having already given birth to 3 babies only to be abandoned outside of the Humane Society in Cozumel, Mexico, along with my young babies. In spite of that, I have a strong will to live and want nothing more then to move forward with my new life in Canada! Luckily for my babies, they were all adopted and found their forever homes. Unfortunately for me, no one wanted me and so there I sat at the Humane Society all alone. No one was interested in giving me a chance. I just don't understand because I really am a good girl and I love everybody, really I do. I'm forgiving for what my babies and I were put through by those who abandoned us at the Humane Society in Cozumel; I hold no grudges. Thank YOU LOYAL Rescue Inc. for second chances by taking me in and helping me find my forever family in Canada!  And now a few words from my foster mom: From day one, Donna immediately fit right in. She enjoys playing with our other dogs, especially our terrier and hanging out with the rest of the 'pack.' Donna is not suited for apartment living though and she will need a very secured appropriate sized yard to run and play in. Another dog for companionship would be preferred to make this little girl happiest.  She's a pretty laid back and easy going little girl from initial observations; sweet and friendly and knows her place here. I can't say enough for how wonderful she especially in light of her horrible, neglectful past; she seems pretty well adjusted overall for a dog that has been through all she has. We are working on crate training as she doesn't like that too much, but she is a happy go lucky little girl pretty much all of the time. Given that she's only 15 months old (approx.) she's still puppy-like herself (not hyper though). She's been through a lot in her short life, but you would never know given her sweet temperament and personality. Donna is very devoted and will lay at my feet when I'm at the computer; very attentive to me. Donna is house trained and all her vetting is done so she is eager and excited to start her search for her new forever home and family in Canada. Donna's papers say she is a Terrier x but from looking at her, she appears she could be a Yorkie/Daschund x (a really nice combination). We refer to her as 'A Terrier (pleasant) surprise!.' She really is!
