Meet Dolly

We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs. IF you are not serious about moving forward in our adoption process, please do not apply. If someone other than yourself is part of the decision making process, please make sure you have spoken with them and they are on board. We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog.

Dolly, a 5 year old spayed female, Staffordshire mix, 69lbs. She is in a foster home in Hoiston, TX and can transport out of state once an approved adopter is lined up!

Gorgeous Dolly is available for adoption! This super sweet girl was adopted as a puppy from a county shelter and found as a stray 4 years later. We don’t know why anyone would give this amazing girl up, and can’t wait to see her in a loving forever home!

She is a super friendly pup that loves other dogs and kids! She currently lives with a similar sized dog and two kiddos, ages 6 & 8 and enjoys meeting new people. She doesn’t seem to like the neighborhood cats, so a feline free home would be best.

Dolly is very gentle and all of the kids she’s met, ages 4-10, love her! Her human foster siblings can lay next to her, cuddle her, pet her all over.  At the bus stop she stands still and lets all of the kids come say hi and pet her. When the kids do start playing wild and rolling around on the ground, she wants to join in the fun! She doesn't always realize her size though, so smaller kids may not be the best fit in the home.

This happy girl’s tail is always wagging, even when walking by other pups! She LOVES belly rubs and when she is on her back, she almost looks like a turtle that got flipped over and can't get up. Dolly is a big fan of blankets or anything soft, and sleeps through the night on a dog bed. She will sit on your lap if you let her or on the couch next to you for cuddle time.

Dolly is a calm lady, sleeping and relaxing most of her day.  She does enjoy her walks, gets the occasional zoomie and will play with the resident dog for short bursts of time. She would love a human that works from home to keep her company and to follow around. She’s the one of the best girls and can’t wait to meet you!
