Good with dogs: Yes, as always, slow introductions when bringing a new dog into your pack.
Good with cats: She paid them no mind at the vet but she was still loopy from anesthesia. We’re going to cat test her again this week!
Good with kids: Yes. As always adult supervision is always required when kids are present!
House trained: Yes, she will just need to adjust to your routine!
Crate trained: Yes!

Meet Dolly!

She’s a young female Red Tick Hound, all ready for Santa. All she wants for Christmas is someone who will open their home & hearts to her and love her the way all dogs deserve to be loved.

She was dumped at the entrance to our neighborhood. It took over 5 weeks to earn her trust to rescue her.

She is just precious & loves to play. She LOVES long walks and would make someone a great hiking buddy!

She has a lot to learn but is very smart! She would do great with an active family with a lot of love to give & she will return it tenfold!

She recently had her ProHeart 12 injection (a once-a-year slow-release heartworm prevention medication) so she is covered with that for the next 12 months!

The adoption fee is $650.

All of our animals are fully vetted before going to their fur-ever homes. They are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, up to date on flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and microchipped!

Please Note: All animals are posted until they are officially adopted. This animal may have other interested adopters in line.

We are very quick to respond and process applications! You will be required to provide 2 non-family personal references, a home video tour, and a vet reference if you’ve previously had animals. Please feel free to send a video to our email or Facebook upon submitting an application; this lets us know you are serious and ready but also helps us to get you approved quickly. We will text and or call upon receiving your application to schedule a phone interview.

You must be an approved adopter to go on meet and greets. This saves everyone’s time- especially our gracious foster families! This also allows for you to take the animals home from the meet and greet if you so choose.
