Meet Dolly
Hello, Dolly!
Dolly is as soft as a bunny, and looks the part too with her all white coat and black mask on an adorable face. Dolly is very much a puppy at 22 pounds and 18 weeks old and looking forward to growing with a family.
Dolly is friendly with everyone, her foster mom reports. She is great with cats. She is great with other dogs. She is great with everybody she’s ever met, and as she is a puppy, she would be OK with children to grow side by side with. Dolly is crate trained and fully house trained. She has mastered the dramatic leg extension when peeing in the yard! Interestingly, Dolly is not food motivated in the least. But! Dolly is motivated by fun and will eagerly learn if it involves play time. Dolly is still learning to walk on a leash, she is a little stubborn, she wants to walk herself so she likes to hold onto the leash. Continued leash training will be needed. Even in a foster home with many other dogs and cats, Dolly hasn’t barked yet, and it is not known if she can bark, thus she would be perfect for somebody for a living situation where there are shared walls because she’s so quiet.
Dolly is a sweet baby eager to learn about the world alongside a new family!

Dolly is being fostered in Framingham and the adoption fee is $500.
NOTE: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
