Meet Dingo
***Dingo is currently living with a foster until the end of October. We're seeking a new foster or adoptive home. Please call 570-376-3646 to inquire or set up a time to meet him!***
Crikey, mate! It's a wild Dingo! Just kidding...this Dingo is a tame good boy who loves wearing jammies! This 1-year-old pittie mix is a tad nervous around strangers but a total love bug once he gets to know you. Once you're pals, he's content just falling asleep with his head on your lap, wondering how he got so lucky!
We don't know how anyone can resist Dingo's beautiful tiger stripes, soulful puppy-dog eyes and ears that are somehow both pointed and floppy. This boy will make a great addition to a nice, calm home where he's given the time and patience needed to feel comfortable and safe. He gets along with other dogs, but requests a meet and greet first. He's not a fan of cats. He LOVES human kiddos!
Dingo suffers from epilepsy, but since being on medication, we're so happy to report his seizures are getting fewer and further between. Due to his condition, Dingo is a member of our Gray Whiskers program. This means we'll continue to work with his new family to determine how we can best help them care for him (determined on a case-by-case basis, but sometimes it means financing partial or full vet care, supplying medication, etc.). Dingo is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. To give him the chance he deserves, fill out an application at www.secondchanceas.org/adopt or call 570-376-3646 with any questions.
