Meet Diamond, this lovely girl is almost perfect and so smart! Diamond is a sweet and social 11 month old Shepsky (GSD/Husky cross). She’s very friendly with dogs and people after a brief warming up period. For her breed mix, she’s a medium drive dog. She’s not destructive in the home and can be out with furniture and other items without wanting to eat them.

Diamond is still putting the finishing touches on potty training, which is a common challenge dogs from the shelter system. She’s made great strides.

Diamond hasn’t received any training as far as we can tell but likes treats and has begun learning basic obedience skills, such as leash walking.

She has been introduced to other dogs and has done very well with them. Cats excite her, but she could likely integrate well with the right kitty. She can be excited around kids, but calmer older children should be fine.
She will thrive in a home that is willing to provide regular off leash cardio - a must for any husky cross - and will commit to teaching her basic manners using a rewards-based approach. In return, she will be the sweetest, snuggliest love bug who likes to watch TV with you on the sofa at night and delight you with her stunning two-tone eyes.
