Meet Delta!

Delta (previously Vixen at the Visalia shelter) is a 9-10 month old female Heeler mix. She is now spayed and vaccinated.

Delta is really a sweetheart and loves attention from her person and wants to be the center of attention if there’s other dogs around. She loves playing with toys and chasing balls. She enjoys chewing on all them of course since she's young.

Delta is doing well on a leash though does pull a little hard when excited. Her foster mama is working on that with her. As for cats, she sniffs the cat and paws at him. The cat has batted at her and she avoids him. She would chase him if not controlled though and foster mama doesn't trust her to have them together unsupervised at this point.

Delta is doing well on crate training and going in more willingly, but really likes hanging outside of it. She doing good with potty training, no accidents as long as she's taken outside regularly. She can handle 4-6 hours usually.

Delta is at a foster home in Riverbank, California and is available for adoption now.
