SATURDAY, JAN. 25, from 12-3 PM: Dog adoption event at PETSMART in Olathe (119th & Strang Line) with Heart of America Humane Society. We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes!

DEBO is big handsome guy and such a love bug! He is a 5 year old Shepherd mix and he weighs 80 lbs. Debo is super friendly and affectionate. He loves to cuddle! He's pretty mellow and would love to be someone's cuddly couch potato. Debo is good with other dogs. He is silly and sweet and an absolute joy!
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
