David Anatolian Shepherd & German Shepherd Dog Mix Lisle, ON

David is a 6 month old German Shepherd cross. He was too big and rambunctious for his older family and so he has found himself here and looking for a new home.

Since arriving at Outrun Rescue, David has been learning to play with toys when he is experiencing over-excitement. He walks ok on a leash but is easily startled by loud noises. He displays behaviour consistent with incomplete socialization and so will need to work on learning that life isn't so scary.

David has been enrolled in a training program at Outrun Dog Training and Kennel which he is working through with our team of volunteers. If he is adopted prior to completing his training, his new owners would be welcome to complete the duration of the sessions.
