Meet Darcy

Darcy was abandoned in her old age at a shelter in Texas. She was weak, depressed, and was obviously neglected for most of her life. After 3 months in rescue, receiving medical care and love from her fosters, she has finally regained the pep in her step!

Darcy is about 10 years old and 11 lbs, and she's just about the most easygoing dog we've ever met! She's contented to have a soft bed to nap on and a few slow walks a day. She's very affectionate with people and enjoys the company of other dogs.

Medical:
Darcy has non-clinical Stage B2 heart disease and takes Pimobendan daily. She has received a full medical workup including an echocardiogram, and is in good health.
