Meet Dandy
FIRST STEPS: Please visit https://www.save-a-mutt.org/adoption-application/ to fill out an application - a Petfinder Inquiry is not the adoption process. We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State - we are a local foster based rescue and no transport from another state required. :) Thanks!

Meet our gang of Doodle Mutts! This is what happens with a Great Danoodle and your basic Mutt have puppies. You read that right, daddy was a Great Dane / Poodle Doodle and mommy, well, you decide... cattle dog? Husky? Who know. We did not do DNA on this litter as there were a local owner surrender and just came into foster.
Dandy is your typical, silly puppy. Rambunctious and playful! They are about 10 weeks old and 15 pounds. We can only guess and say they will be 60-80# when fully grown. We also don't know if their already fluffy coats will get fluffier... so adapters should be prepared for possible grooming in the future.
This puppy is spayed/neutered, microchipped and has received their first puppy vaccines. They will need more puppy shots at 12 weeks, and at 16 weeks. Puppies are good with dogs, cats, kids and more. Being a puppy, they will need lots of training, including housebreaking. Remember, puppies are cute, but they have sharp teeth, need to be fed 3 times a day and poop... a lot!
Each dog goes home with a goody bag including collar/leash, toys, chews, Kong, and more. You will receive all medical records, microchip transfer form and other paperwork at the time of adoption. This puppy is ready for his forever home!
Adoption fee is $475. Save-A-Mutt is a registered 501c3 and half of your adoption fee may be tax deductible.
Save-A-Mutt is a foster based rescue, we do not have a facility to visit. Our adoptions are typically done Monday - Saturday, we are closed on Sunday’s to give our volunteers at least one day off. You must be available to do meets and adoptions during that time frame. We can make exceptions only with the approval of the foster home.
Please note, we have approximately a 300 mile adoption radius - Portland OR area and Vancouver BC is the farthest north. We don’t ship dogs, once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up your puppy.
