Is there a chihuahua sized hole in your heart that needs to be filled? Dallas is an incredibly sweet and affectionate 10 year old chihuahua mix who loves his pack and his humans. Dallas came to AIR in February with his older brother, Buddy, with the hope that they would get adopted together. However, Buddy's health was in decline, and with a broken hearts we lost him in August, leaving Dallas without his best friend. After being separated from his incredibly loving human mom due to health reasons, and then losing his brother while in foster care, we hope to find Dallas the most amazing home, where he will be showered with all the love, affection, and attention he deserves. This includes a home where he doesn't have to spend a lot of time alone, and let's be real, who could leave his sweet face for long periods of time anyway? He is happy to go on adventures and rides very well in the car, but also content to just curl up next to you on the couch, lay on top of all the pillows, or hide under the covers. Dallas is an indoor dog, potty trained, good with other animals (is currently being fostered with other dogs, cats, and chickens) but can be initially weary of unknown furry friends, needing just a little more time to accept new members into his pack. However, when it comes to humans, all are welcome! He is great at meeting new people and loves kids. Are you feeling like you need more doggy kisses and snuggles in your life?
