Meet Dak
Introducing DAK!!
This little male is a dachshund mix with maybe beagle? (Mom looks to be chiweenie or doxy/terrier). He was born to a stray 11/21/16 and is currently 9 weeks old, and 5 pounds. He can be adopted now, but cannot be transported until, he is at least 12 weeks old, is neutered, and has completed all age appropriate vaccinations.
Dak loves playing with his siblings, and toys. He is very attentive, affectionate, and is one of the more low key puppies in the litter. He is okay being in a crate, but is not yet potty trained. His focus is playing, and that focus will evolve once he gets a bit older.
Preferred home has a secure fenced in yard, someone home enough to give him the attention and training a puppy requires, and due to his energy level and small size no children under age 10 please.
Dak is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area if adopted.
Local adopters must meet same requirements as out of state adopters.
Adoption fee is $170, and transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185. Air travel, at airline rates plus the cost of a crate and crate accessories, possible.
CONTACT Teresa at teresakopacki@gmail.com for an application or for additional information, or call Michelle at 210-535-5480.
