Meet Daisy
Thank you for your interest in adoption from Palmetto Paws. If you would like to be considered to adopt from PPAR please complete the online application on the home page. Completing an application does not guarantee an adoption.
We will not consider applications for those not able to meet/adopt on the next upcoming Saturday or at a time designated by the rescue. Adoptions are done usually on Saturdays as we are all volunteers who work full time during the week. Dogs live in private foster homes. We do not host events and there is no opportunity to view multiple dogs.
We will not consider incomplete applications. We will not process applications that are not for a specific dog listed on petfinder. We do not process and "hold" applications. We do not ship dogs and we do not arrange transports. All adopters must be present to complete the adoption. If an adopter is approved we do a “meet and greet” with a specific dog or pup. If at the meet we all agree it’s a good match, then the adoption takes place at that time. Again, we meet with one rescued pet, we are not able to meet with multiple animals. Scheduling a meet and greet involves time volunteered by the foster family as well as a rescue team member so we need to work around their schedules.
Please keep in mind that we do our best to make an educated guess as to the breeds of our rescued pets. In rescue we rarely see the parents puppies, and even when we do, they are usually mixed breeds as well. We never promise a particular breed or adult size.
We do our best to put all info we have in the bio. We will not respond to inquires regarding information that is already detailed in the bio.
My name is Daisy. I am about 5 months old and I weigh around 25 pounds. Daisy currently resides with other dogs and children. She is an energetic pup so other dogs in the house need to be able to keep up with her and tolerate her demand for play play play! She is crate trained and great on leash. She is social and does well in public.
Adoptable pets are spayed/neutered unless the rescue Veterinarian deems the pup/dog will need to be adopted on a SN contract, have age appropriate vaccines, are current on hw and flea preventatives and microchipped.
We are looking for an adopter who owns their home for this particular pup as she appears to have some Pitt/staffie in her dna!
All adopters are provided with a new collar and leash and a medical summary at the time of adoption.
If interested in adoption please submit an application! The application is found on our home page at palmettopaws.petfinder.com
