MY STORY: 2/5/23
Crumpet has been with us for over the past week and she is just a fun and adorable dog to have around! She is doing great with her routine, taking her out regularly and picking up house training, and what it means to be on a leash! She loves her toys and will chase them and is so happy and she is just so entertaining and it’s great to see her joyous smile. She is a nice companion dog who likes to be where the action is and likes to take a nap near you. When we are gone, we just leave her behind the gate in our mudroom and that works fine. At night she sleeps in bed by us without a sound or moving the whole night. She lives with several other resident dogs of all sizes and gets along with them very nicely, but is not a dog that is into playing with other dogs, but coexist very peacefully. She loves treats, starting to know how to sit and loves car rides.

What an adorable sweetheart Crumpet is! She just arrived to our house and is entertaining us with her love for toys and her little prance. Though initially skeptical, she wants love and attention and welcomes it. She laid right next to me last night. For a breeder release she is Quite social and wags her tails when she sees us coming. She’s slightly nervous around new noises but that’s to be expected. She will need leash and house training patience as those are new things to her, but the investment will be worth it! She’s a love bug.

To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION.
Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. Most of our dogs are strays, so the breed is our best guess.
