Reported to have been thrown out of a car, it took us about 2 weeks to get Courtney and her siblings and mom into the shelter. We were shocked to see them all arrive underweight and terrified, screaming when they were touched. However, all 5 members of this family bounced back quickly.

The biggest of her litter, Courtney is also a social butterfly, demanding that you stop and notice her! She's an extrovert, reveling in any and all attention she gets, and from the beginning was the friendliest, even with as scared as she initially was. This girl is going to be big - she's huge for her age already and gaining and growing rapidly now that she's gotten some proper nutrition.

Courtney looks like a hound mix, and she awooos like one too! She's been friendly with other dogs that she's met, both adult and other puppies. Although she loves to be the star of the show, Courtney is also so sweet and loving. Her puppy energy is irresistable. Her personality sparkles!
