Meet Cosmo
Cosmo is a very shy puppy until he spends some time with you.
We think he wasn't treated kindly in his first few months of life, so he is slow to warm up.
Cosmo is kennel trained, and doing wonderful with potty training! He will do a cute little whimper when he needs to be let outside.
Cosmo is super submissive with other dogs, and he looks to them for direction.
He pretty much has ignored the kitties in his foster home.
