Meet Coconut #10-out-of-10-cute
Hey there, everyone! I'm Coconut, an adorable, sweet, happy, loving, and lovable lemon-drop Beagle fella who was born in July 2024. At three months old, I weighed 15 pounds, but I should weigh 25-30 pounds when I’m full grown. I just love to cuddle with my hoomans, and I get along great with adults, kids, as well as other dogs.
For years the Beagle has been the most popular hound dog among American pet owners. We were bred to hunt in packs, so we enjoy company. We’re easy-going, joyful, loyal, happy-go-lucky, and merry pooches -- all qualities which make us excellent family dogs.
At the same time, we’re curious, clever, and energetic hounds who need plenty of interactive playtime. Beagles are known for being alert and vigilant, and since barking is part of my hunting heritage, I’d make a fine watchdog. I should not be allowed to roam free as my nose's following delicate scents might get me into trouble.
My owner bought me from a Beagle breeder, but she lost her patience with my puppy training. So she surrendered me to Miss Donna, who promises to find me a more loving, tolerant, and accepting family who will make me an unrelinquishable member of their family.
I hope that my adorable face with my big brown eyes has registered high on the "cute" scale and captured your heart. I’m already dreaming how we could have a blast playing outside by day and snuggling together after dark! Arrange to meet me right away. I can’t wait to cover your face with mushy puppy kisses.
Coconut will get his second round of puppy shots prior to adoption. He has been dewormed and microchipped and is on heartworm preventative. Adopter must sign a contract to bring him back to Miss Donna in February for him to be neutered at 7 months old. His adoption fee is $450 for puppies 9 months and younger. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
