Meet Coco! Coco is a special girl looking for a special home! Poor Coco was running as a neighborhood stray for months, absolutely terrified. Animal Control caught her in a trap after someone finally called for help and she went to a foster home shortly after. Coco is the sweetest, most gentle girl. Despite her fear in new situations & around new people, Coco has never shown even the slightest hint of aggression. She truly has a wonderful temperament. Coco is crate & potty trained. She enjoys treats and will gently take one from your hand. She has also discovered the joy of bones, toys and playing in water. Coco is definitely a dogs’ dog! She LOVES other dogs and enjoys romping, cuddly & playing with them. In fact she NEEDS a friendly, loving dog companion or pack to be most comfortable. While she desperately WANTS to make friends with people and will greet familiar people with tail wags, she just isn’t quite ready for all the cuddles yet. We see in her eyes and building confidence each day that she’s close to a break thru! We know with a patient hand and time, she will blossom into the best companion, forever loyal and loving towards that special person that gives her a forever home!
