Meet Coco #adorable-scruffy-terrier
Well hello! I'm Coco, a plucky, happy, and affectionate lightly "grizzled" wheaton-colored 15-pound Border Terrier/ Norfolk Terrier mix fella who was born in January 2021. Don't you love my cute little underbite? If scruffy terrier is your penchant, you'll find me adorable, if I do say so myself. I love everyone -- adults, kids, and other dogs.
Border terriers are distinguished by our unique "otter head" as well as our legs' being longer than most terriers. (I may have some Norfolk Terrier blood in my veins because my snout is longer than most Borders.) We're upbeat and agile pooches who love to explore the outdoors and who need plenty of exercise for our physical and mental well-being.
We Borders have built a reputation of being a tough, no-frills, "hard as nails" working terrier. However, at home we're sweet-tempered, affectionate, obedient, and easily trainable. For that very reason, we make fine childhood playmates.
A Good Samaritan found me, dirty and hungry, wandering the mean Houston streets as a stray and brought me to Miss Donna to find me a forever home. I'm so happy to be neatly groomed and clean again!
Do us both a favor and open up your loving, caring home to me. I promise you'll never regret it. I'll thank you by covering your face with mushy kisses.
Coco is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $250 for dogs older than 9 months. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
