Meet Coco
This incredibly easy-going, sweetheart of a pup is Coco!
Coco is 7-years-old and the perfect size at 42 pounds of cuteness. She's also got the most adorable of looks with her occasional Boxer under bite that comes out.
Coco is friendly to everyone and loves every dog she's met. She has been an absolute star when spending the week with another dog and would make a great addition to a home with a resident pups looking for a playmate. Don't let her age fool you, she can keep up with the most energetic of dogs and doesn't seem bothered by much of anything.
Coco is simply a chill girl capable of fitting into most any family ready to show her to love she will be sure to show in return. She'd also likely do great in a home with kids given her relaxed demeanor. While her interactions with cats remain uncertain, Coco's adaptable personality suggests she could thrive in various family setups.
Coco is fully house-trained and simply is as easy as they come. She loves a leisurely walk - important for her medium-energy level), play with other dogs, snuggling up on her human(s), and simply napping or playing with a stuffed toy.
Coco loves her people but is also pretty independent, so does well when left alone. She has spent some time in an apartment and has done well, given she isn't particularly vocal. She simply has the occasional bark out of protective instinct, and with reason (e.g., someone coming near the door). She also does well on walks but may occasionally bark at a dog from afar if not redirected or given the chance to say hi.
Coco does have mild allergies that are easily managed with Benadryl.
Coco would be a great dog for a first-time dog owner given her easy temperament, while she'd especially do great in a home with another dog or regular dog friends.

However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.
