Meet August

Our rescue pets are available for adoption anywhere in the United States and Germany. We highly encourage out of state adoption!

August is a senior sweetheart who has a great attitude. He is super loving and friendly. He gets playful around new dogs and loves his walks. He loves to lounge on his bed and would enjoy a forever home. He was abandoned by his owners at age 10 and we would love to find a great home to let him live out his days.

We cannot guarantee how he will act around ALL cats and other dogs, although he seems to be doing really well around other dogs!

All of our animals are rescued from high-kill shelters across California and given a second chance. Each one was just days away from being euthanized. We are a smaller rescue that depends on fosters and adopters to rescue more animals from euthanasia. Coby is just one of many dogs that gets placed on the kill list.
